No appointment is needed and there is no charge for the vaccine. Please bring an ID and insurance card (if you have one).

Vaccines available are:
Pfizer (second dose, ages 12 and up)
Moderna (second dose, ages 18 and up)

Health professionals from the Bay Clinic and West Hawai`i Community Health Center will register, screen, vaccinate and monitor vaccine recipients. 


Bring an identification card and insurance card (if you have one). There is no charge for the vaccine.
