Kona Trolley

  • The Kona Trolley travels from the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa, along Alii Drive and through the Old Industrial area, stopping at various points of interests along the way. This is a great way to get to know Kailua-Kona and to sightsee and to shop at local businesses. There is no charge to ride the trolley.

  • Turn right onto HI-19 / Queen Kaahumanu Hwy

  • Turn right at Makala Blvd

  • Head North on HI-11/S Kona Belt Rd / Mamalahoa Hwy

  • Stay to the left on HI-11 / Kuakini Hwy

  • Continue onto HI-19 / Queen Kaahumanu Hwy

  • Turn left at Makala Blvd

  • Turn on to Waianuenue Ave

  • Slight left at Kaumana Dr

  • Slight right to stay on Kaumana Dr

  • Continue onto State Hwy 200 / Saddle Road

  • Turn left onto Hawaii Belt Road

  • Continue onto Palani Road

  • Turn right onto HI-19 / Queen Kaahumanu Hwy

  • Turn left at Makala Blvd

  • Kona Commons is on the right
